Final Exam Review
Test Format: 90 Minutes
Format similar to previous tests but the exam will also include
45 multiple choice questions
Concepts to Review:
1) Magnus magna magnum charts (1st and 2nd declension adjectives)
2) Five Declensions and their charts (be able to recognize them by their genitive singular forms)
3) Four Conjugations (Present, Imperfect, Future, Perfect in Active) (be able to recognize each by infinitives and understand their different uses)
4) Active vs. Passive Voice
5) Principal parts of verbs (What they are and how they can be used to derive stems)
6) Sum and Possum
7) Present Passive
8) Perfect Passive
9) Personal Pronouns Charts
How to Review:
1) Watch the Latin Tutorial Videos on Youtube for EACH of the concepts above. Each video is around five minutes. You may choose to watch multiple times. Simply go to Youtube and search: "Latin tutorial" and then the name of the concept above.
2) Write things out! Repititio mater studiorum est ("Repetition is the mother of all learning!")
3) Review any relevant handouts/notes from this course or from your regular Latin I class last year.
